Scope of Refunds

Website and application development
UI/UX design
IT consulting
Software integration
Maintenance and support services
Eligibility for Refunds
Project Cancellation by Client (Before Work Begins): If a project is canceled before any work has started, a full refund will be issued, minus any applicable transaction fees.
Project Cancellation by Client (After Work Begins): If a project is canceled after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed and resources used.
Non-Delivery of Service: If Knewton Tech fails to deliver the agreed-upon services due to internal issues, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on the circumstances.
Service Not as Described: If the delivered service significantly deviates from the agreed project scope and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, a partial refund may be issued.
Non-Refundable Situations
Change of mind after the service has been delivered as agreed.
Delays or issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
Requests for additional features or revisions outside the original project scope.
Services delivered as per the agreed scope and timeline.

Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10–14 business days, depending on the payment provider's processing time.
Changes to This Policy
Knewton Tech reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
